Klabs is the venture studio inside KSPACE TECHNOLOGIES — the part of the company that builds new products instead of only deploying other people's technology.
The idea is simple. Most products are built, launched, and then judged. We think you should sell the proof first: run a short, real commercial test with real buyers before you commit to the full build. That's what our main venture, Space App, does — it gives a seller a way to test-market in the real market before the real market launch, so the decision to build is backed by evidence, not optimism.
Klabs is not a fund, and it doesn't write cheques. It's an operating studio: each venture gets a small founding-member team drawn from product, design, and engineering, and everything runs on the same discipline — test the commercial idea properly before anyone bets big on it. Other ventures follow the same loop: Rent Shift in property tech, and InnoLab, our youth innovation programme with Times Group Institute in Accra, Ghana.
Why does a systems integrator run a venture studio? Because the companies we deploy technology for usually have product ideas sitting in drawers. Klabs gives them — and us — a way to prove those ideas out properly before the real investment starts.
If you want to follow what we're building, this newsletter is where we'll share it.
